Nau\u010dit \u0107e\u0161 danas sve potrebniju samoobranu, usvojit \u0107e\u0161 korisne navike u ishrani, odijevanju i higijeni, postati \u0107e\u0161 dru\u0161tveniji i samopouzdaniji ste\u0107i \u0107e\u0161 mnoge sportske prijatelje i upoznati razli\u010dite sredine, krajeve i ljude , nau\u010diti \u0107e\u0161 da se upornim radom mo\u017ee savladati i najte\u017ea prepreka. Sigurno je da \u0107e ti judo \u010dak ako se i ne bude\u0161 natjecao pru\u017eiti mnoge trenutke istinskog zadovoljstva i prakti\u010dne koristi u \u017eivotu. Jigoro Kano u Japanu , a od 1964 godine judo je i Olimpijski sport , a njegova rasprostranjenost i rezultati u pravilnom oblikovanju i oplemenjivanju ljudske osobnosti potvr\u0111uju uvjerenja njegova osniva\u010da da je judo prvenstveno sredstvo odgoja osobe : upoznati sebe i sve svoje sposobnosti , razumjeti druge i pomo\u0107i im, postati spremniji za \u017eivot i korisniji \u010dlan zajednice to je prava svrha vje\u017ebanja i krajnji cilj u\u010denja juda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/pulafit.hr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/ijf.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1540\" alt=\"ijf\" src=\"http:\/\/pulafit.hr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/ijf.png\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/pulafit.hr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/eju-logo.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"210\" height=\"146\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1539 alignleft\" alt=\"eju logo\" src=\"http:\/\/pulafit.hr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/06\/eju-logo.png\"\/><\/a>PRAVILA PONA\u0160ANJA U DVORANI :<\/h4>\n<p>Eti\u010dki principi juda su vrlo strogi , oni nisu nikakav ukras juda nego njegov bitan dio. Za sportsku borbu postoje strogo odre\u0111ena pisana pravila, isto tako su odre\u0111ena i pravila pona\u0161anja kojih se mora pridr\u017eavati svi koji vje\u017ebaju judo.<\/p>\n<p>Kroz vrijeme \u0107e\u0161 uvidjeti da su ta pravila itekako potrebna i to :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>judo se u\u010di od iskusnijih i starijih \u010dlanova i trenera , a usavr\u0161ava se vje\u017ebanjem s drugim \u010dlanovima s kojima odmjerava\u0161 svoju snagu i vje\u0161tinu. Zato mora\u0161 u svom pona\u0161anju biti korektan , po\u0161tivati drugog i njegovu osobnost , biti pun obzira i pa\u017enje prema svakome s kojim vje\u017eba\u0161 i ma koliko visok stupanj postigne\u0161 mora\u0161 uvijek ostati skroman i spreman da pomogne\u0161 drugom shva\u0107aju\u0107i koliko su tvom napredovanju pomogli drugi.<\/li>\n<li>Nemoj dopustiti da trener uvodi red i disciplinu , te\u017ei\u0161te je na samodisciplini , a ne na nekakvoj strogosti trenera.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki pojedinac mora u svakom trenutku kontrolirati svoje pona\u0161anje .<\/li>\n<li>Bilo kakvi izgredi i nedisciplina nezamislivi su i nedopustivi u judu , oni koji to ne shva\u0107aju napu\u0161taju judo govore\u0107i kako su napustili treniranje juda jer su treneri strogi. Trener jeste strog ali samo prema onome koji ne shva\u0107a da se bez \u010dvrste discipline uzajamnog razumijevanja i povjerenja ne mo\u017ee zamisliti sigurno vje\u017e banje.<\/li>\n<li>Onima koji to razumiju trener je prijatelj i osoba kojoj se mogu povjeriti i \u010diji je zadatak da im pomogne u lak\u0161em i br\u017eem savladavanju vje\u0161tina koje \u017eele nau\u010diti , a tako\u0111er da kroz vje\u017ebanje upoznaju sebe i druge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>U dvorani za vje\u017ebanje (<strong>dojo<\/strong> ) treba\u0161 se spridr\u017eavati slijede\u0107ih pravila pona\u0161anja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mora\u0161 dolaziti u to\u010dno zakazano vrijeme treninga ne smije se kasniti na trening<\/li>\n<li>U dvoranu se ulazi sa papu\u010dama koje nisu prljave , a na strunja\u010du dolazi\u0161 bos , papu\u010de moraju biti uredno slo\u017eene.<\/li>\n<li>Mora\u0161 imati ispravnu odje\u0107u za judo ( <strong>judogi <\/strong>), a boja tvog pojasa mora odgovarati posljednjem registriranom stupnju za koji si polo\u017eio.<\/li>\n<li>Judogi treba biti \u010dist bez neugodnih mirisa, nepristojno je skinuti kimono u dvorani , ispod kimona nije dopu\u0161teno nositi majice ( osim \u017eenskih \u010dlanova kojima je to obveza- bijela majica kratkih rukava ).<\/li>\n<li>Mora\u0161 odr\u017eavati higijenu tijela imati kratke nokte na rukama i nogama.<\/li>\n<li>Dok vje\u017eba\u0161 na sebi ne smije\u0161 imati prstenje, nau\u0161nice ili tvrde predmete kojima mo\u017ee\u0161 ozlijediti sebe i svog partnera.<\/li>\n<li>U dvorani nije pristojno \u017evakati \u017evaka\u0107u gumu ili jesti .<\/li>\n<li>Smije\u0161 vje\u017ebati samo ono \u0161to je trener objasnio i pokazao.<\/li>\n<li>Pravilno pozdraviti ( lagani naklon gornjim dijelom tijela ) kada ulazi\u0161 u dvoranu i prvi put stane\u0161 ili napu\u0161ta\u0161 strunja\u010de ( <strong>tatami <\/strong>) .<\/li>\n<li>Mora\u0161 se boriti po\u0161teno i po\u0161tivati odluke suca i pridavati isto toliko va\u017enosti i pa\u017enje za pona\u0161anja u borbi ili trening koliko i samim rezultatima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>BROJANJE NA RAZLI\u010cITIM JEZICIMA<\/h4>\n<table width=\"100%\" border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"131\" valign=\"top\"><strong>HRVATSKI<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"127\" valign=\"top\"><strong>JAPANSKI<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"110\" valign=\"top\"><strong>ENGLESKI<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"132\" valign=\"top\"><strong>TALIJANSKI<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"114\" valign=\"top\"><strong>NJEMA\u010cKI<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"131\" valign=\"top\"><strong>1 &#8211;
