Dana 17.-22.04.2014 godine u St. Petersburgu – Russia održan je European Cup za juniore U21 na kojem je održano i polaganje za EJU kontinentalne suce. Ispitu je pristupilo 20 kandidata iz Europe a iz Hrvatske je bila Martina Prgomet Jovanović koja je uspješno položila za međunarodnog suca, te tako postala drugi međunarodni judo sudac iz Istre.
